On July 21st, 2018, VIFON set the Guinness World Record in Vietnam for preparing the largest bowl of beef pho with rice. This dish is one of the most popular in Vietnamese cuisine, known to be delicious for its lightness and distinctive aroma, thanks to a unique blend of spices.

To complete this mighty task, a whopping count of 55 chefs were involved. They cooked almost 3000 pounds of soup and served 1,963 people.

We did all of this in celebration of our 55th anniversary, so that everyone who accompanied us could enjoy our delicious pho with us.
